About the Tests
- The ACT is a national college admission and placement examination. About one-third of Georgia's high school students take the ACT.
- ACT scores range from a low of 1 to a high of 36. The Composite score is an average of the English, math, reading and science scores.
- Results show the most recent scores of graduating seniors who took the ACT as sophomores, juniors or seniors. State averages include all Georgia schools, both public and non-public.
